Job summary

Augrade Inc. is seeking a seasoned PM to lead end-to-end construction scheduling for our AI-powered 4D product. You will leverage real-world construction judgment to shape product decisions and align engineering focus with on-site realities.

You will read blueprints daily, collaborate closely with a small, technical team, and relocate if needed. This hybrid role requires hands-on management of projects and teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction PM experience end-to-end.
• Experience overseeing PMs in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints/construction drawings.
• Open to relocation and working in SF.
• Strong judgment bringing construction experience to product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Help design and build Augrade's 4D scheduling capability grounded in real-world planning and execution.
• Bring hands-on construction management judgment to product and engineering decisions.
• Read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings as part of daily work.
• Work in person with the team roughly one week per month.
• Partner with engineering on the AI side—no coding required.
