Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in Network Strategy & Performance to own processes and analytics that shape how we serve customers globally.

You will collaborate with site Operations, planning, training, finance, and others to operationalize staffing plans and drive AI-enabled improvements. You will build validation checks, dashboards and automated alerts, identify systemic defects, monitor service levels, and partner across teams to mitigate risks and optimize the Customer Service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of analytical field experience in tax, finance, or related area.
• 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with SQL or ETL.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CSA shift schedules to meet forecast and service levels.
• Monitor staffing vs plan and take corrective actions to improve service levels.
• Plan CSA adherence to schedules including productive and non-productive activities.
• Coordinate with leaders to identify risks and mitigation plans for staffing and SL recovery.
• Report and analyze site headcount per staffing plan.
• Develop validation checks, dashboards, and automated alerts to catch defects early.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
