Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks a Business Analyst in Network Strategy & Performance to own processes and analytics shaping how Amazon serves customers globally. This role operates autonomously to deliver exceptional customer experience and drives AI-driven transformation across the CS network.

You will partner cross-functionally with site Operations, planning, finance, and training teams, applying AI tools to speed, quality, and scale of outputs while developing dashboards and automation for repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis in supply chain or related role.
• Demonstrated experience building and applying AI tools or automation to improve productivity.
• Proficient in Excel (with VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools.
• Experience in financial/business analysis — defining requirements and using data to derive insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present analyses to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and accurately maintain CSA shift schedules to meet forecast requirements and SL.
• Monitor actual staffing vs planned staffing and take corrective actions to improve SL.
• Plan and monitor CSA adherence to schedules, including productive and non-productive activities.
• Collaborate with leaders across core teams to identify risks and mitigate staffing and SL issues.
• Coordinate site staffing needs including reporting and analysis of headcount numbers.
• Develop validation checks, dashboards, and automated alerts to catch defects early.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analytics and develop automation for repetitive tasks.
