Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks an Analyst in Network Strategy and Performance to own analytics shaping the global customer service network. You will model scenarios for 100+ sites across 40+ countries and influence multi-year investments, headcount, and site strategy.

You will work with Operations, FP&A, and Service Delivery, applying AI to speed up outputs, drive automation, and deliver insights for leadership decisions across OP, 3YP, and QXG cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree; knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical inputs for network planning — model contact allocation scenarios, site investment options, and capacity strategies.
• Translate complex network strategy questions into structured analysis with clear recommendations.
• Independently apply AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Design and support self-service analytics platforms with ad-hoc data access and dashboards.
• Communicate insights to Finance, Service Delivery and senior leadership with clear narratives.
