Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Network Performance Analyst – AI Transformation to own end-to-end network planning for internal and outsourced CS sites. You will translate demand signals into staffing plans, protecting customer experience while delivering cost efficiency, and partner with CS Ops, GO Vendor Management, and Finance.

You will develop capacity plans across 4 weeks to 3 years, identify risks, and apply AI tools to optimize planning workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
5+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

Own the development, maintenance, and execution of network capacity plans for internal and outsourced sites across short-term, operational, and long-term horizons.
Identify capacity risks and coordinate with internal and GO Vendor Management teams to align staffing with service targets and outsourcing strategy.
Support quarterly CS Finance submissions with accurate labor cost projections and revisions versus targets.
Apply AI tools to improve planning workflows and develop automation for routine tasks.
Build repeatable frameworks to prevent planning problems and serve as a go-to resource for hard planning challenges.
Present analysis and planning recommendations to leadership and write concise narratives for planning reviews.
