Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Network Performance Analyst – AI Transformation to own end-to-end network planning for the Customer Service network, including outsourced sites, translating demand signals into staffing plans that balance customer experience with cost efficiency. You will partner with CS Operations, Global Outsourcing Vendor Management, CS Finance, Service Delivery, and Planning Intelligence teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the development, maintenance, and execution of network capacity plans for internal and outsourced sites across 4-week, monthly/quarterly, and 3-year horizons.
Identify and mitigate capacity risks by mapping dependencies across internal sites and GO partner teams; communicate risks and mitigation Plans to stakeholders.
Support quarterly submissions to CS Finance with YTG labor cost projections and revisions vs OP targets.
Apply AI tools to improve planning workflows and develop automation for repetitive tasks within the planning stream.
Build repeatable frameworks to prevent planning problems from recurring and act as go-to resource for hard planning challenges.
Present analysis and planning recommendations to leadership with clear, data-backed narratives.
Write concise, compelling narratives for QBRs/MBR/planning reviews meeting Amazon's formatting guidelines.
