Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking an Analyst for the Network Strategy Performance team. You will own analytics shaping where and how Amazon serves customers globally, modeling networks across 100+ sites in 40+ countries and informing multi-year investments.

You will partner with Operations, FP&A, and Service Delivery to drive automation, AI-enabled insights, and scalable dashboards for senior leadership decisions. This is a high-impact, strategic analytics role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Responsibilities

• Own analytical inputs for network planning — model contact allocation scenarios, site investment options, and capacity strategies across geographies.
• Translate complex or ambiguous network strategy questions into structured analysis — e.g., site expansion feasibility, cost-to-serve trade-offs, regional performance variance.
• Independently apply AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, developing side-of-desk automation for repetitive tasks.
• Design, implement, and support self-service analytics platforms that provide business teams with ad-hoc access to large datasets.
• Communicate complex analytical insights and translate network performance data into clear narratives for Finance, Service Delivery and senior leadership.
