Job summary

Eleven Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical authority for deploying our Wi‑Fi and network management platforms at scale. You will partner with Implementation Managers and customers to enable and support LSPs throughout the deployment lifecycle.

You’ll build partner capability, drive deployment standards, and improve outcomes through automation, playbooks, and best practices. This is a remote role based in the United States with some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise networking, implementation or technical consulting experience.
• Experience supporting MSPs, customer service providers, or systems integrators.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, RADIUS, 802.1X and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, presentation, and customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation activities and partner engagements.
• Candidate must be based in the United States and comfortable working remote.
• Flexible with schedules to accommodate meetings across time zones (EMEA, US, global).
• Ability to travel internationally and to client sites if needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor to LSPs during deployments.
• Provide remote implementation guidance and technical oversight.
• Assist LSPs with complex deployments and technical escalations, validating routing, VLANs, wireless controller configuration, authentication, firewall and connectivity requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead for concurrent engagements with enterprise customers.
• Establish credibility with the customer’s IT/network team as the trusted technical counterpart.
• Develop and document reusable implementation playbooks, standards and validation procedures.
• Standardize deployment methodologies across LSPs.
• Identify recurring issues and drive automation opportunities.
• Contribute to deployment forecasting and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with LSP engineering teams and mentor partners.
