Job summary
Optomi is seeking a Microsoft Specialist to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. This hybrid role involves onsite work 1–3x per week and partnering with business units to translate technology into business value.
You will lead digital transformation initiatives, champion best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Strong communication to senior leadership is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work directly within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Proven experience driving digital transformation or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization focusing on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions.
- Drive adoption and usage of digital tools by partnering with business units to define value and measure outcomes.
- Support development of a Digital Transformation Center of Excellence, promoting best practices and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, including leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities.
- Deliver presentations and articulate technical solutions to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies to inform strategy and innovation.
