- Optimize Microsoft 365 usage across teams and departments.
- Develop Asana workflows and templates for visibility and collaboration.
- Coach employees and managers on new tools and practices.
- Measure productivity impact and business value of implementations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes.
