Job summary
Optomi, in partnership with a client, seeks a Microsoft Solution Architect to drive enterprise digital transformation and AI initiatives in a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI. You will be the hands-on SME across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled solutions.
You will design and build AI agents, automate business processes, and present business value to senior leaders while ensuring scalable, secure deployments across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and AI/Copilot
- Strong ability to translate business needs into Microsoft solutions
- Proven capability to operate as a trusted technical resource in a large enterprise
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Microsoft & AI SME — act as the go-to resource for employees needing expert guidance or issue resolution.
- Build AI agents and Copilot solutions — design, develop, and implement hands-on AI solutions using Copilot Studio and related technologies.
- Develop Power Platform solutions — build and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues — diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and integration issues.
- Drive automation and digital transformation — identify processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
- Partner with business and technical teams — translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Present solutions and capabilities to leadership — communicate Microsoft/AI capabilities and value to executives.
