Job summary

INPO is seeking an experienced Client Engineer III to design, configure, and support intelligent business solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. You will partner with stakeholders to drive productivity and governance while mentoring peers in AI adoption and low-code development.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT and business units, with responsibilities for architecture, security, and enablement resources.

Qualifications

Four or more years of professional work experience.
Two or more years designing, developing, deploying and supporting Microsoft AI solutions, Copilot studio agents, AI assistants, and intelligent workflow solutions within governed enterprise environment.
Experience supporting AI adoption, user enablement, training, and change management for Microsoft Copilot and related AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports AI-powered agents, agentic workflows, and digital workplace solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology-enabled improvements.
Provides guidance on AI adoption, governance, and responsible use of Microsoft AI technologies.
Establishes best practices for solution design, architecture, and platform administration.
Develops technical documentation and enablement resources; supports adoption and change management.
Evaluates emerging tech and prototypes to propose innovative solutions.
