Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Microsoft Specialist to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. This hybrid role involves onsite work 1–3x per week and partnering with business units to translate technology into business value.

You will lead digital transformation initiatives, champion best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Strong communication to senior leadership is essential.

Optomi, in partnership with our premier client, is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Specialist to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft technologies and modern digital solutions. This role will focus on enabling business value through the strategic use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities, including Copilot.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with strong business acumen who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and business outcomes. This individual will play a key role in shaping digital innovation initiatives, improving adoption, and helping business units define and realize value from modern platforms.
