Job summary

Jobtailor in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a hands-on SaaS admin to monitor and optimize our core applications and tech stack. You will own integration health, data flow, and uptime while serving as the main point of contact for internal tech issues.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in MarTech or SaaS, experience with HubSpot/Asana/Airtable, and a knack for documenting processes and testing fixes. A keen interest in AI tool integration is a plus.

Qualifications

2–3 years in MarTech, operations, or SaaS admin.
Experience configuring tools like HubSpot, Asana/Airtable, and communication platforms.
Ability to document processes, reproduce bugs, and conduct structured testing.
Familiarity with AI tools and interest in integrating AI prompts/workflows into business systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and manage health of core SaaS applications and tech stack.
Ensure integrations run smoothly, data flows correctly, and uptime is optimized.
Serve as primary contact for internal technical issues.
Document user feedback, reproduce triage bugs, and QA fixes before go-live.
Modify or expand software capabilities as needed.
Assist in evaluating and embedding AI tools into the architecture.
