Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an experienced AI architecture leader to align marketing AI initiatives with enterprise standards and data governance. You will design scalable AI and MarTech solutions, ensuring secure data handling and governance across platforms.

You will lead onboarding of AI agents and tools within the MarTech stack, evaluate vendors, and translate business needs into concrete roadmaps. Collaboration with security, compliance, and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned AI and MarTech solutions.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, recommendation engines, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, cloud services, networking, environment management, model endpoints, vector stores, and observability tools.
• Experience with system dependencies, API design, data access patterns, integration standards, and data governance.
• Understanding of enterprise security practices, privacy, compliance, risk assessment, and AI vendor due diligence.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability to translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture blueprints, and implementation plans.
• Experience assessing AI vendors and platforms and performing technical due diligence.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture frameworks, or AI-related credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing processes and data flows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and integration of AI agents, tools, and applications onto the MarTech stack.
• Lead vendor evaluation, build-versus-buy analysis, and enterprise-compliant integration.
• Review architecture artifacts for enterprise fit, integration, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design efficient data pipelines.
• Embed data governance, security, privacy, safety, and ethical considerations into AI solutions.
