Job summary

Optimove is hiring for a customer-facing technical role in NYC. You will partner with Sales to answer technical questions, run integrations discussions, and deliver product deep dives.

You’ll demonstrate how our AI-powered marketing platform meets client needs and supports RFPs while expanding your own MarTech expertise. You will spend time presenting demos, aiding onboarding, and collaborating with Data and Integration teams to ensure a tight front-to-back connection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data structures (HTML/CSS a plus).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team as the product expert on new business cycles — answering technical questions, leading tech calls and integration discussions, and running product deep dives.
• Present product demos to prospects that connect platform capabilities to real needs—clear, compelling, and concise.
• Master Optimove's products and technologies and become the go-to resource for technical questions across the sales cycle.
• Support the completion of RFPs.
• Understand clients' technical and business needs, and show how the platform can be configured to meet them.
• Use AI daily to build demo assets and sharpen the storytelling in a team building AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to connect Front Stage and Back Stage workstreams.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing education for the Sales team, especially around the product.
• Continuously develop MarTech expertise and participate in conferences and on-site prospecting as needed.
