Qualifications

4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
Practical experience using AI tools for marketing, content, research, or automation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior and brand positioning.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Video Production.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as drone and platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, content, and paid advertising.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis.
Create and manage engaging marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media, and emails.
Use AI tools and platforms to support content creation, research, and automation.
Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI and automation into workflows.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics and dashboards; provide actionable insights.
Develop reports and recommendations based on KPIs; collaborate with teams.
Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and marketing partners.
