Findwork is seeking a Marketing Specialist to work across client and Forward Push marketing priorities. You will translate approved strategy into polished content and assets, and oversee AI-assisted workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at a marketing agency (multi-client)
• Marketing experience across social media, local marketing, websites, content, reporting and digital platforms
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or above)
• Strong familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, GoHighLevel or similar CRM, WordPress
• Experience using AI tools as part of work and ability to learn new platforms deeply
• Active follower of marketing and AI industry news, with curiosity to test new tools and share learnings
• Ability to research unfamiliar marketing questions and determine reliability of information
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to perform final QA
• Independent work style with initiative and ability to ask questions when clarification is needed
• Strong organization and time management, including project management tools
• Availability to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday

Responsabilidades

• Industry Intelligence & AI Testing: monitor industry news and AI model updates, test new models and tools, document outcomes and costs
• Marketing Execution & Publishing: run AI-assisted publishing workflows, publish content across platforms, ensure formatting, links, images, titles and descriptions are correct
• Client Onboarding & Platform Setup: own onboarding tasks, set up Google Business Profile, social platforms, YouTube, Google Drive organization
• Website, Brand & Web Content: set up client websites, create logos and brand identities, draft website copy and bios, proofread and QA content
• QA & Verification: perform final QA before/after publication, ensure correct content and scheduling, create branded image templates
• Reporting & QA: review client reporting data for accuracy, edit AI-generated summaries to reflect company voice
• Project & Workflow Management: manage tasks in PM software, flag blockers, improve SOPs
• How We Use AI: leverage AI in content creation and review, maintain human oversight and judgment
