Jaque Bethke Design is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan, produce, and execute marketing content across social media, web, and print. You will directly support the sales team and drive campaigns with hands-on design work and AI-assisted tools.

The role requires 3+ years of practical marketing experience, strong content production skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. This is an in-office Scottsdale position with room to grow within a dynamic design studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a hands-on marketing role with broad content production.
• Proficient with AI-assisted design and content creation tools.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Experience updating and maintaining a website (Squarespace/WordPress/Shopify).
• Proven social media management across major platforms.
• Print production experience from concept to print-ready files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and multi-task capable.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media content calendar and publish across brand platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Build, update, and maintain website pages with current content and imagery.
• Design and produce print marketing materials from concept to print-ready files.
• Create pitch decks and sales materials with the sales team.
• Plan and execute campaigns and product launches with asset creation and shoots.
