Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Track record of executing lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
• Hands-on Pardot experience including email creation, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, social media, and content development.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Website content management, SEO fundamentals, and marketing analytics.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and vendors.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth
• Own email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including segmentation, nurture sequences, and reporting
• Create content for email, social media, blogs, website copy, landing pages, presentations, and sales collateral
• Manage FranFund's social media presence and apply SEO and AI search optimization practices
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency of marketing work, and recommend new tools and workflows
• Plan and execute marketing for conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and partner events
• Manage marketing projects, budgets, and outside agencies and vendors
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI
• Make sure all marketing content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant
