Job summary

Tyk Technologies is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives in a fast-growing, small-team environment. You will own campaigns end-to-end, orchestrate events, and integrate AI tools into daily workflows to scale impact and pipeline.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building campaigns from scratch, can think strategically, and execute with autonomy in a flexible, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a marketing manager or growth marketer.
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus, not required.
• You’ve built campaigns and launches from scratch.
• You can plan strategically and execute hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns and launches end-to-end: brief, assets, copy, ship, report.
• Run events from invite to follow-up: logistics, outreach, pipeline nurture.
• Use AI as a force multiplier in daily work (Claude/ChatGPT).
• Turn ideas into scoped plans with timelines, owners and metrics.
• Keep GTM moving across Marketing, Sales and Product.
• Report on metrics and learnings to inform next steps.
