Job summary

FranFund is seeking a Marketing Manager to translate ideas into powerful campaigns, content, and measurable growth. You will advance digital presence, support the Sales team, strengthen partnerships, and attract business owners nationwide.

You will lead email, content, and campaigns, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and outcomes. This in-office role at our Fort Worth headquarters blends creative strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Track record of executing lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot, including email creation, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, social media, and content development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
• Own email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including segmentation, nurture sequences, and reporting.
• Create content for email, social media, blogs, website copy, landing pages, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Manage FranFund's social media presence and apply SEO and AI search optimization practices.
• Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency of marketing work, and recommend new tools and workflows.
• Plan and execute marketing for conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and partner events.
• Manage marketing projects, budgets, and outside agencies and vendors.

What You'll Bring

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in franchising, lending, business funding, or other regulated financial services
• Salesforce CRM integration and campaign attribution experience
• Paid digital advertising and conversion optimization experience
• Experience with conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partner marketing
• Familiarity with answer engine optimization and AI search visibility

Location & Travel

This is a fully in-office position at our Fort Worth, Texas headquarters. Occasional travel is required for industry events.
