Job summary

Ares Storage Management LLC seeks a Marketing AI & Automation Manager to analyze business processes and deliver AI-enabled workflows across content operations, reputation management, campaigns, reporting, and internal processes.

You will own solution design, tooling selection, and governance, collaborating with business owners while not owning marketing strategy. Expect independent work under general supervision and occasional after-hours incident handling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience analyzing business processes and deploying live automation systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with workflow platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) including branching logic, retries and error handling.
• Experience using generative AI tools, model APIs, or AI agents within repeatable workflows with quality checks and cost controls.
• Integrating REST APIs and webhooks with authentication methods, data payloads, and secure credential handling.
• Strong data-validation and spreadsheet skills to reconcile metrics across systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cross-functional processes and recommend redesign or automation based on impact and cost.
• Define requirements and independently select workflow architecture and tools within budget.
• Design and implement content production and publishing workflows with controls and reviews.
• Develop reputation-management workflows for intake, categorization, escalation, and approvals.
• Own testing, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI and automation systems.
