Job summary
Fluidstack is hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. You will build AI-powered decision systems that boost productivity for manufacturing and supply chain operations, working directly with business teams to identify high-impact opportunities and ship tools that deliver measurable gains.
You will own tools end to end, from conception through production, and design shared AI infrastructure while staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
- Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models) and agentic frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating with users.
- Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure and build shared skills for the organization.
