Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) to join the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team within Decision Engineering. You will build AI-powered decision systems and internal tools to boost productivity for manufacturing and supply chain operations, working directly with teams to identify high-impact opportunities and ship tools that drive measurable gains.

You will own tools end-to-end, from conception through production, iterating with users, and shaping shared AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
• Daily use of AI coding agents with concrete tools built.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-impact results.
• Strong product and systems judgment with fast pace and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have exposure to manufacturing or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Build decision systems and internal tools using frontier models to improve manufacturing and supply chain productivity.
• Own tools end-to-end from conception to production with user feedback.
• Design and maintain AI infra, including internal docs for skills and agents.
• Create integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs).
• Stay current with AI capabilities and apply new techniques where impactful.
