Tulip Interfaces is seeking a senior leader to grow and coach a team of Solutions Engineers on manufacturing digital projects in a hybrid Somerville, MA environment. You will own customer implementations, build Tulip apps, and stay hands-on while mentoring others.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope and deliver work, turning lessons into reusable playbooks and defining AI-enabled delivery methodologies for our professional services team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical solutions for manufacturing or industrial customers.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring others.
• Hands-on experience designing and building solutions on manufacturing software platform.
• Experience delivering customer projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams, from frontline operators to executives.
• Nice to have: experience in regulated industries like Life Sciences or Aerospace & Defense.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers through clear goals, regular coaching, and real career paths.
• Own the quality and results of your team's customer implementations, where we design and build Tulip apps that digitize work on the shop floor.
• Stay hands-on, spending part of your time building and deploying solutions for customers yourself, from discovery workshops through go-live.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope deals and ensure work can be delivered.
• Turn lessons from customer implementations into reusable content and playbooks to speed up future projects.
• Define new methodologies for delivering customer solutions, leveraging AI, and sharing with the wider Professional Services team.
