Job summary

Tulip Interfaces is seeking a senior leader to grow and coach a team of Solutions Engineers on manufacturing digital projects in a hybrid Somerville, MA environment. You will own customer implementations, build Tulip apps, and stay hands-on while mentoring others.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope and deliver work, turning lessons into reusable playbooks and defining AI-enabled delivery methodologies for our professional services team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical solutions for manufacturing or industrial customers.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring others.
• Hands-on experience designing and building solutions on manufacturing software platform.
• Experience delivering customer projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams, from frontline operators to executives.
• Nice to have: experience in regulated industries like Life Sciences or Aerospace & Defense.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

• Define new methodologies for delivering customer solutions, leveraging AI, and sharing with the wider Professional Services team.

About You:

You've spent years building and delivering digital solutions for manufacturing customers, and now you want to help a team of engineers do their best work. You coach by doing, give people real ownership, and stay close enough to customers to know when something's off. You're at home on a plant floor and in front of executives. And you're always looking for a smarter way to deliver.

What skills do I need?

7+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for manufacturing or industrial customers, including 2+ years leading or mentoring others

Hands-on experience designing and building solutions on manufacturing software platform

Experience delivering customer projects within scope, on time, and on budget

Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams, from frontline operators to executives

Nice to have: experience in regulated industries like Life Sciences or Aerospace & Defense

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent working experience

Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year.
