• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate content production and personalization.
• Strong experience with email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging.
• Analytical mindset with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute email and SMS marketing programs end-to-end.
• Scale campaigns with AI and contractors for high-quality output.
• Develop full-funnel lifecycle strategy to improve acquisition and retention.
• Lead journey mapping and automated workflows based on user behavior.
• Implement robust A/B testing and optimization with KPI tracking.
• Partner with Product, BI, and Engineering to enrich lifecycle experiences.
• Share performance insights with leadership and forecast KPIs.
