Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own performance across onboarding, activation, early care, and retention. You’ll design and analyze experiments, accelerate early care progression, and push continuous engagement using AI and ML capabilities.

Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data Engineering, Marketing Operations, and Creative to enable event-driven programs, optimize lifecycle performance, and reduce friction across patient and provider lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency and comfort in data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience designing, measuring, and iterating on structured experiments with a clear understanding of incrementality.
• Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segment-level variation.
• Genuine curiosity about AI/ML applications in lifecycle marketing with analytical rigor.
• Comfort testing new tools quickly and translating data into business impact.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Analyze funnel performance, diagnose gaps, and translate findings into data-backed improvements.
• Evaluate AI-powered capabilities (send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, propensity modeling) as testable hypotheses.
• Integrate machine learning signals into lifecycle triggers and journeys with measurable impact.
• Maintain rigorous measurement standards, instrumentation, and incremental lift validation.
