Formación

15+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation.
Proven track record delivering large-scale lifesciences programs.
Strong executive client relationship management.
Experience leading global onsite-offshore delivery teams and multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end delivery for strategic Life Sciences programs and portfolios.
Provide active leadership across program execution, governance, financial management, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with delivery teams to address risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful outcomes.
Drive accountability, predictability, and operational excellence across onsite and offshore teams.
Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic discussions.
