Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering in the United States to lead hands-on GenAI initiatives for biopharma and life sciences clients. You will embed with client teams, design and deliver Copilots, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows, turning complex data into actionable recommendations.

You will mentor 1–3 engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, and push improvements back into products. The role centers on fast prototyping, client demos, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional software engineering experience with production‑quality systems.
• Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams, formally or informally.
• Strong proficiency in Python; fluency with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience building or integrating GenAI systems: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures, Copilot‑style assistants.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients at top biopharma and life sciences organizations to surface unmet needs and translate them into engineered solutions.
• Prototype at speed: Stand up GenAI‑powered applications, Copilots, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integrations.
• Own delivery end‑to‑end: From whiteboard to production, demo, feedback, and handoff to product.
• Flex between client engagements and product sprints as priorities shift.
• Document patterns and contribute reusable components and Copilot templates to the product.
