Job summary

Fastly, the global edge cloud platform, seeks a Senior Legal Operations Manager to optimize systems, processes, and AI-enabled workflows across Legal, Finance, IT and Security. You will administer Ironclad, SimpleLegal/Unity, and eDiscovery tools; steward knowledge management in Google Drive and Confluence; and lead change management with training materials.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in legal operations or related roles in tech/SaaS.
• Hands-on with Ironclad, SimpleLegal/Unity, and eDiscovery tools.
• Experience deploying generative AI in legal ops (Claude, Gemini).
• Experience building knowledge bases, playbooks, and templates.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs in legal.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract lifecycle management systems and automation.
• Manage legal spend, e-billing, and outside counsel relationships.
• Develop knowledge management processes and playbooks.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and governance in Legal operations.
• Drive change management with training materials and communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement programs.
