Job summary

Allvue Systems seeks a hands-on Legal Operations leader to own the operational engine of our Legal department. You will design intake and triage, stand up ticketing and matter management, and apply AI tools to reduce manual work while ensuring governance.

You will work across IT, Security, Product, Revenue Ops, and business stakeholders, building workflows in low-code platforms and collaborating with IT for essential engineering."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in business operations, legal operations, legal project management, contract operations, or similar roles.
• Experience designing intake/triage or request management processes that improved speed and scale.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflow, ticketing, or work management platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Asana).
• Ability to build solutions in low-code or automation platforms and to work with IT for required engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize intake, triage, and prioritization processes for legal work.
• Develop automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Design governance, knowledge management, and training materials for the department.
• Own core platforms: ticketing, matter management, CLM, e-signature, and knowledge tools; manage integrations with Salesforce, Jira, CLM.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor workload, turnaround times, budgets, and efficiency.
• Lead change management and Adoption of new tools and processes across stakeholders.
