Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to deliver high-quality learning work for clients. You will run delivery, manage junior practitioners, and engage senior stakeholders while applying structured problem solving and storytelling to translate learning investments into business impact.

You will design AI-enabled learning operating models, develop transformation roadmaps, and contribute to Accenture’s intellectual property in a rapidly evolving advisory market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts and operate as a reliable partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to drive business performance.
