Job summary

84.51° is seeking a Lead AI Learning Manager to shape enterprise AI education, blending product management, program leadership, and learning expertise. Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/product management, learning, or technical enablement.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of modern product and agile practices; excellent stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and translating innovations into practical capability-building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the AI learning strategy and program plan aligned to enterprise AI priorities and workforce needs.
• Operate AI learning as a product portfolio with vision, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Define and track success metrics such as literacy, engagement, adoption, and applied impact.
• Establish learning pathways from foundational literacy through advanced application.
• Lead quarterly planning, delivery rhythms, retrospectives, and continuous improvement for AI learning initiatives.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Develop scalable governance and operating models for quality and responsiveness.
• Own vendor relationships, learning platforms, and content strategy.
• Partner with Enterprise AI Enablement to align tools, usage, and budget across platforms.
