NRG Energy seeks a Learning & Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver AI-enhanced training for a fast-paced retail call center. You will produce eLearning materials, microlearning, and job aids while leveraging AI tools to tailor learning experiences and measure impact.

The role emphasizes content creation, instructional design strategy, and performance consulting to improve key business metrics across multiple locations. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of content creation AND training facilitation experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging eLearning modules, microlearning, job aids, and blended curricula.
• Facilitate training sessions with call center agents, in-person or virtual.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalize learning pathways.
• Track LMS content, assessments, and learning metrics to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align content with processes.
