Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to partner with leaders, design engaging learning solutions, and drive employee development across the organization. The role focuses on instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, leveraging AI and technology to enhance outcomes.

You will build and maintain learning content, collaborate on onboarding, and evaluate program impact using metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating learning programs or organizational development activities.
• Strong consulting skills to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Experience assessing learning needs and delivering practical solutions.
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Organizational Development and Operations leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Design and continuously improve learning content and resources using adult learning principles.
• Create and manage digital learning resources including eLearning modules and SharePoint sites.
• Evaluate effectiveness via assessments and metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to build learning plans and development strategies.
• Coordinate multiple learning projects with priorities and timelines.
• Support onboarding with resources and guidance for new hires.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to boost engagement and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver learning solutions.
