Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a training coordinator, training specialist, or L&D role.
• Experience in creating learning opportunities for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions.
• Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics.
• Generate reports on training metrics.
