Job summary

HLBMA LLC seeks an energetic Learning & Development Specialist I to support delivery and maintenance of training programs for production and professional staff in Savannah, GA. The role involves executing curricula, assisting with new hire orientation, and maintaining learning documentation under senior leadership.

You will help coordinate sessions, manage LMS tasks, and ensure training materials meet 5S3R standards while staying current with L&D developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, education, or related field; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Sponsorship: not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire orientation logistics, materials, and PPE issuance.
• Support delivery of leadership, compliance, and technical training sessions (in-person, virtual, on-demand).
• Facilitate and manage virtual classrooms through Zoom.
• Present information using established instructional formats (group discussions, videos, guided exercises).
• Update and maintain training documents, guides, and job aids under senior staff direction.
• Create training documents and videos for tools/systems.
• Assist with LMS administration (enrollment, tracking, reporting).
• Coordinate scheduling of spaces, equipment, and instructors for sessions.
• Support day-to-day lab and training room operations.
