Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning.
• Designing role-based training programs for technology or process transformation.
• Experience with digital training delivery platforms and learning management systems.
• Translate technical process changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption — adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
