Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Development Partner within the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice to design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles, building curriculums aligned with each AI release, and measuring learning effectiveness to ensure organizational readiness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in instructional design or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate setting and experience with digital training platforms such as Cornerstone or Workday

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Designing role-based training for technology or process transformation programs.
• Experience with digital training delivery platforms and LMS.
• Ability to translate technical changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption — adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
