Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Designing role-based training programs for technology or process transformation programs.
• Experience with digital training delivery platforms and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent).
• Translate technical process/role changes into practical, accessible learning content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope.
• Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release.
• Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences.
• Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption—adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data.
• Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
• Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%.
