Job summary

Accenture seeks a motivated learning professional to design, develop, and deliver workforce education programs across its Delivery and Transformation offerings. You will translate complex content into structured bootcamps, onboarding curricula, e-learning modules, and job aids for employees and contractors, using AI and Microsoft tools to scale learning at pace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service, client-facing, education, training, or instructional facilitation.
• Minimum 1 year translating feedback into actionable program improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end educational programs, bootcamps, and onboarding curricula.
• Create engaging, multi-format training materials including ILT, vILT, e-learning and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles to ensure training is effective and measurable.
• Maintain a curriculum library and align content with updates and priorities.
• Collaborate with SMEs, managers, and operations to assess training needs.
• Translate complex content into accessible learning for diverse audiences.
• Build relationships as an educational advisor across functions.
• Facilitate live and virtual trainings for US-based remote and dispersed teams.
• Adapt delivery to various learner levels and schedules.
• Coordinate logistics for training events and follow-up.
• Champion AI and Microsoft tools to modernize content development and delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate course authoring and personalize learning.
• Maintain a mindset of continuous learning on EdTech and learning innovations.
• Track learning metrics and contribute to improvement with stakeholders.
• Develop onboarding and continuing education for contractor populations.
• Align contractor training with performance expectations.
