Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the AI-enabled transformation program.

You will build curricula, coordinate delivery with each AI release, and translate complex changes into practical learning content for non-technical audiences, while measuring effectiveness and adoption to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of combined experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning in a consulting or corporate environment.
Experience designing role-based training programs for technology or process transformation programs.
Experience with digital training delivery platforms and learning management systems (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent).
Ability to translate technical process and role changes into practical, accessible learning content for non-technical audiences.
Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's functional scope.
Build the training curriculum and coordinate delivery alongside each new technology and AI agent release.
Translate process and role redesigns into practical, accessible learning content for functional audiences.
Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption — adjust curriculum based on feedback and adoption data.
Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management team to align training with the overall change plan.
Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%.
