Job summary

Referment is seeking a Learning and Development Program Operations Manager to lead a team of L&D coordinators while driving operational improvements across learning delivery. The role blends people leadership with hands-on process design and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will partner with a generative-AI learning squad, translate ideas into well-run programmes and help colleagues adopt AI tools in practical, useful ways while coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and maintaining delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in programme/project management, operations, or related field.
Proven ability to improve processes in fast-moving environments balancing delivery with design.
Experience leading and developing people, with strong organisation, project management and delegation.
Practical understanding of generative-AI concepts and helping others adopt AI.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Comfort operating through ambiguity while maintaining momentum and detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop L&D coordinators, setting priorities and providing feedback.
Partner with generative-AI learning team to plan and execute initiatives.
Redesign manual, time-intensive L&D processes to be scalable and AI-assisted.
Promote practical adoption of generative-AI tools within team workflows.
Keep multi-stakeholder programmes on track by anticipating risks and communicating with stakeholders.
