Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience required.
• Five years’ experience as an elementary or secondary teacher preferred.
• Professional knowledge of content area and educational trends required.
• Experience with AI-generated content in education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test items across grade levels for large-scale assessments.
• Create item specifications, blueprints, and ancillary documents.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI assets into workflows.
• Select, train, and manage item writers and educators.
• Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
• Contribute to test construction and review of forms.
• Consult with customers and participate in planning and reviews.
• Work with psychometricians and Pearson teams on content development.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies in education.
