Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience required.
• Five years’ experience as an elementary or secondary teacher preferred.
• Professional knowledge of content area and educational trends required.
• Experience with AI-assisted content development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across multiple grade levels.
• Develop item specifications, test blueprints, and ancillary documents.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to create accessible assessment content.
• Collaborate to integrate AI-generated assets in assessment workflows.
• Select and train item writers and educators according to standards.
