Job summary

Ode with Anthropic is hiring our first IT & Information Security Lead to own IT end‑to‑end and the security program as we scale. You’ll manage identity/access, devices, SaaS, onboarding, and security operations, while building scalable, automated controls to meet enterprise expectations.

You’ll own SOC 2 and future compliance, work with Engineering on cloud security, and drive a lean security function that grows with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT and information security at a fast‑growth tech company.
• Hands‑on expertise in identity/access, endpoints, SaaS, and IT operations.
• Proven SOC 2 ownership including controls, policies, and audits.
• Strong judgment on where automation adds value and where process slows you down.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate IT end‑to‑end: identity/access, devices, SaaS, onboarding/offboarding, and IT support.
• Own SOC 2 and future security/compliance frameworks, audits, and remediation.
• Lead security operations: incident response, awareness, reviews, and vendor security.
• Collaborate with Engineering on cloud/app security and risk remediation.
• Build a lean, AI‑native IT/security function that scales efficiently.
