Job summary

Ode with Anthropic is hiring its first IT & Information Security Lead to own end-to-end IT security, identity and access, devices, SaaS, onboarding, and compliance programs. You will build and automate security functions to scale with enterprise customers and collaborate with Engineering on cloud and application security.

The role requires hands-on leadership at a fast-growing tech company, strong governance, and a bias toward automation to enable rapid, secure growth.

Qualifications

• Experience owning IT and information security at a fast-growing technology company (hands-on).
• Strong identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS admin capabilities.
• Experience owning SOC 2 controls, audits, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own IT end-to-end: identity, access, devices, SaaS, onboarding/offboarding, and employee IT support.
• Own SOC 2 and future compliance: controls, policies, audits, risk assessments, remediation.
• Own information security ops: incident response, security awareness, access reviews, vendor security.
• Partner with Engineering on cloud and application security, driving remediation.
• Build an AI-native, automated IT and security function that scales with minimal headcount.
