Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Head of Information Security & Systems to build a secure, scalable foundation for global expansion. You will own cybersecurity strategy, incident response, identity and access, and application security across our healthcare platforms and pharmacy infrastructure.

You will lead security risk assessments, governance, and partnerships with engineering, operations, legal, and executives while enabling rapid product delivery with robust controls and privacy protections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cybersecurity in a fast-growing organization and owning outcomes.
• Technical depth across IAM, endpoint security, cloud, and application security.
• Built or significantly improved a security program, roadmap, controls, and tooling.
• Autonomy to drive initiatives in evolving environments with limited structure.
• Sound judgement to identify genuinely material risks and implement proportionate controls.
• Incident leadership: manage security incidents and guide response and remediation.
• Influence: collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and executives.
• Data protection experience handling highly sensitive data in regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Security ownership: define strategy, roadmap, and operating model across AIOS entities and geographies.
• Security operations and incident response: establish systems, lead response, and translate lessons into stronger controls.
• Identity, access, and endpoint security: ensure proper access, onboarding/offboarding, and device management.
• Application and infrastructure security: work with engineering to secure APIs, cloud infra, and data.
• Risk and compliance: translate healthcare/privacy requirements into practical controls (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Business continuity and resilience: ensure backups, recovery plans, and continuity across disruptions.
• Third-party security: assess vendor/partner risks and ensure mitigations.
• Security leadership and culture: drive ownership of security across teams and executives.
